- The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to update the specifications of the UPS as follows: -The portable UPS solution must provide 1000 Watt continuous, and 2000 Watt Surge AC Output. -It must have a minimum of 4 USB ports to charge mobile devices, and 4 traditional plugs. -It must be able to be charged from a generator, shore power or a vehicle (12VDC). -It must be able to be fully charged within 2 hours. -It must weigh under 60 lbs, in a ruggedized case not to exceed 3,388 cubic inches -It must be drop and weather resistant. This amendment also extends the Quotation due date to March 30,2018 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
