- Description
- Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, AT&T Corp, under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the continuation of existing telecommunications services under the Defense Information Systems Networx (DISN) Access Transport Services (DATS) contract. Follow on task orders for replacement circuits have already been awarded, but continuation of existing services are necessary until the replacement services are installed. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency Questions or comments to this Notice of Intent should be directed to Contracting Specialist, Laurie Knop, laurie.a.knop.civ@mail.mil, and the Contracting Officer, Scott Sautman, scott.f.sautman.civ@mail.mil via e-mail only.
