Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to issue an firm fixed price Contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform preventative maintenance and repair services as required to the Booster Pump, Water Conditioner, Filtration System, Hypochlorous Generator, Injection System and all associated equipment that are part of the Fisher House Domestic Water Treatment System, so that the systems are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, etc. for the Medical Center to Salute Innovative Business Technologies L.L.C. 845 Sumpter Road Ste 485, Belleville, MI 48111, This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to Salute Innovative Business Technologies L.L.C., a VIP Verified SDVOSB, under FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute, Veterans First Contracting Program, as authorized by 38 U.S.C. 8127 and 8128 (Pub. L. 109-461, as amended), implemented under subpart 819.70, is in the best interest of the Government. The NAICS Code that applies to this procurement is 325998; the small business size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes, competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 1:00 PM EST on April 4, 2018.
