Attachment 2 Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment I Past Project Form conformed solicitation 70RFP218QEC00010 1449 Please Note: On- Site Visit Information: This information confirms that an on-site visit will be conducted at the GSA facility on March 20th at 9:00 AM, The Statement of Work and Request for Quotation is now attached and posted before the date of the site visit to FBO for prospective vendors. For those vendors interested in attending, please contact Mr. David Shane Markley at david.s.markley1@hq.dhs.gov or 202-245-2547 or Mr. Steven Hamilton at steven.w.hamilton@hq.dhs.gov or 202-580-9819 for specific details. All interesting parties should contact the POCs mention above in order to RSVP with their company personnel who will be attending, please register no more than 2 representatives per company. Vendors who do not RSVP will not be able to participate in the site visit. The onsite visit will be held at the GSA building at the Center lobby. If you are driving there is limited street parking and a couple of public garages nearby. All contractors will be screened at that entrance before they can gain access to the facility. It is recommended that you get to the facility at least 30 minutes early. Please also bring photo identification with you. The purpose of the site visit is to go over the Statement of Work requirements. Anything discussed at the site visit is for informational purposes only. The Contractor is requested to submit any questions regarding this requirement via email as soon as possible but no later than March 23rd, 2018 at 1:00PM ET to Rosetta.Jackson@hq.dhs.gov. Prospective contractors may contact the Government while preparing a quotation in order to obtain clarification of the statement of work or to obtain other information needed to prepare a quotation. Any clarifying information issued by the Government will be provided to all prospective contractors.
