Description

This is the annual synopsis for NAVSUP Weapon System Support repair BOA N0038317GAG01 that supports Eight (8) items for the P-8 aircraft, which has been uploaded with this synopsis as an Attachment A. The items listed on Attachment A will be repaired by Simmonds (89305), located in Vergennes, VT, which is the place of performance. Simmonds is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government making the items listed on Attachment A, sole source to Simmonds. Even though the items are designate sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
