- Hanscom AFB to host OASIS SB Open Season On-ramping Information Session for the Boston Area Small Business Community In preparation for the upcoming open season on-ramp to backfill One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) contractor, Hanscom Air Force Base is hosting a Small Business On-ramping Information Session on May 8, 2018. The purpose of this information session to generate awareness among the small business community surrounding Hanscom AFB about the OASIS SB contract vehicle and the criteria involved with becoming a suitable industry partner for the OASIS SB contract. OASIS SB is a professional services contract and NOT an IT contract.
