- Section M Section L Statement of Work (SOW) UPDATE 2 APRIL 2018 ** FACILITY TOURS AND UPDATED DOCUMENTS** This is NOT a Request for Proposal. The Government would like to extend an offer to all vendors interested in proposing on this effort to have the Government tour their facility. If interested, please respond no later than 6 April 2018. The Government will contact all respondents to discuss dates and additional information. The Government anticipates conducting the tours April 16-20. The Government anticipates the tours lasting no longer than 2-3 hours per tour. The following updated DRAFT documents are attached to this posting: SOW, Section L, and Section M. UPDATE 15 FEBRUARY 2018**INDUSTRY DAY NOTIFICATION** The Industry Day at Hill Air Force Base will be held on 7 March, 2018. All interested parties please RSVP no later than (NLT) 4:00 PM (MST) on 28 February 2018. Please include the approximate number of attendees who will represent the company with the RSVP. Please send the RSVP and any questions regarding the Industry Day you may have to the contacts listed below. UPDATE 7 FEBRUARY 2018 **INDUSTRY DAY NOTIFICATION** The Government intends to hold two Industry Days; one at Vandenberg Air Force Base and one at Hill Air Force Base. The Industry Day at Vandenberg AFB will be held on 22 February 2018. All interested parties please RSVP no later than (NLT) 4:00 PM (MST) on 14 February 2018. Please include the approximate number of attendees who will represent the company with the RSVP. The Industry Day at Hill AFB is tentatively scheduled for a day yet to be determined during the week of 5-9 March 2018. The Government will provide an update to this posting with the exact date. No RSVP is required at this time for the Hill AFB Industry Day. Please send the RSVP and any questions regarding the Industry Day you may have to the contacts listed below. 5 JANUARY 2018 **THIS IS A DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL POSTING** This not a request for proposal. This posting is for Metal Plating remanufacture of existing (known) and future (unknown) 309th Missile Maintenance Group (309 MMXG) assets and 309th Commodities Maintenance Group (309th CMXG) assets at Hill AFB and Vandenberg AFB. Attached to this posting are the following documents in DRAFT status: Solicitation document FA8224-18-R-0005 Metal Plating SOW Section L Instructions to Offerors Section M Evaluation Criteria CDRLs Also attached is a list of Questions to offerors and a question/comment resolution matrix. **The Government strongly advises potential offerors to respond to the questions listed and/or any other questions the offeror may have.** **The Government would also like to ensure that potential offerors review the list of Parts/Components in the attached SOW, and respond on the comment matrix with any potentional concerns or questions.** The anticipated contract structure will be a FFP Multi-Award IDIQ with a 8 1/2 year ordering period. The attached solicitation outlines the CLIN structure. **NOTE: The government does not intend to evaluate price on the Basic IDIQ, but will award to all "Qualified Offerors". Please review and respond accordingly by 05 February 2018 4:30 P.M. Mountain Standard time.
