Description

The Alexandria VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 2495 Shreveport Hwy, in Pineville, LA has a requirement for removal, replacement and initial calibration of a Temp Trak temperature monitoring system. Required services include furnishing all planning, execution, implementation, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to replace existing glycol probes with new SysCal probes and perform initial calibration of the temperature monitoring system/equipment. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about April 10, 2018, which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 811310, with a small business size standard of $7.5M. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be registered as a SDVOSB in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at www.vetbiz.gov. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. This is not a request for pricing at this time.
