Page 1 of 1 Toshiba Medical CT Scanner Maintenance Services This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 811219. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not an adequate reply to the forthcoming solicitation. The VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System located at 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, Nebraska 68105 is seeking a qualified potential contractor to provide Toshiba Medical CT Scanner Maintenance Services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, parts, and expertise necessary to provide preventive maintenance, emergency (unscheduled) repair, and 24/7 telephone technical support of the Toshiba Medical CT Scanner. The contractor must have fully trained field service engineers who have been trained by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on the specific model of equipment. The contractor must provide documentation of factory certified service/maintenance training on the specific equipment. All parts used shall be OEM parts only. Reverse engineered and/or refurbished parts shall not be utilized. Equipment to be serviced includes: SYSTEM AQ/ONE-CONV.000 (AQ/ONE AQUILION ONE CT SCANNER) Toshiba Site Number 344515 GLASSWARE CTTUBE.E.125K.010 INCLUDED OPTIONS CHEG-005A/1B.010 (ECG GATING SCANNING SYSTEM) TSXF-003F.010 (CT FLUORO FOR AQ ONE/64/32) TSXF-003I/1B.010 (CT FLUORO) To respond to this sources sought notice, please email a capabilities statement and the company s DUNS number to Travis Johnson, Contracting Officer, at Travis.Johnson2@va.gov. The closing date and time of this sources sought notice is April 12, 2018 at 4:30 PM Central Time. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this sources sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the forthcoming solicitation. The sources sought notice is for market research purposes only.
