- Statement of Work (SOW) Dated Apr 04 2018 RFP Amendment 6 **UPDATE** 4-Apr-2018 RFP Amendment 6 has been posted. Please note: In accordance with the additional updates and clarification received from the customer, the USG answers to Questions #29 and #107 are hereby revised as follows: An operating location in the vicinity of Dhahran means an operating location in the Dammam Metropolitan Area (DMA) in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia (per SOW Section 3.12). **UPDATE** 23-Mar-2018 RFP Amendment 5 has been posted. Please note: In accordance with updates received from the customer, the USG answers to Questions #29 and #107 are hereby revised as follows: An operating location in the vicinity of Dhahran means an operating location in the Province of Dammam, Saudi Arabia (per SOW Section 3.12). **UPDATE** 16-Mar-2018 RFP Amendment 4 has been posted to extend the due date for proposals. As described in the amendment, "This extension results from the need for an update to the RFP that is forthcoming in a subsequent amendment." Therefore, please refrain from submitting proposals until after the next amendment (RFP Amendment 5) has been posted. If an offeror has already submitted a proposal but the forthcoming RFP amendment results in an offeror's need to update their proposal, offerors must submit any updated proposals (using the proposal submittal instructions contained in RFP Amendment 2) no later than 9-April-2018 by 10:00AM EST. **NOTE TO ALL OFFERORS: PLEASE READ** The electronic proposal submittal instruction for this effort CHANGED on 2 Mar 18 via RFP Amendment 2. Per RFP Amendment 2, the electronic submittal instructions were changed as follows: "Please submit proposals using AMRDEC SAFE Getting Started Guide for Guest Users (located at: https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Guide.aspx ). When following the Getting Started Guide Instructions for Sending Files, fill the required input field for 'Provide an e-mail address to give access to' with the Buyer's e-mail address ( abby.markert.1@us.af.mil ) and the PCO's e-mail address ( debbie.darsey@us.af.mil ), and select the maximum of 14 days in the required input field for a 'Deletion Date.'" If you read through the instructions located at: https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Guide.aspx, offerors will find the total file size limitations for a single AMRDEC submittal. If an offeror's proposal size exceeds that total file size limitation, subsequent AMRDEC submittals are permissible. **UPDATE** 20-Feb-2018 There will be one last round of Questions and Answers that will be posted on FBO. Please submit via e-mail any questions that you want answered in this last round no later than Wednesday, 21-Feb-2018, by 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time. Any questions submitted from industry after Wednesday, 21-Feb-2018 by 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time will not be considered. Also, RFP Amendment 2 is forthcoming. Therefore, please refrain from submitting proposals until after RFP Amendment 2 has been posted. **UPDATE** 26-Jan-2018 Answers to questions submitted after 5-Jan-2018 are forthcoming over the next week. The latest questions from industry will be answered and posted, and RFP Amendment 1 will also be released. Thank you for your patience during this process. Also, please be aware that no phone calls of any kind will be accepted. Any and all questions related to the solicitation or RFP attachments must be submitted via e-mail if you wish for them to be answered. **UPDATE** 21-Dec-2017 The solicitation (RFP) and its attachments have been posted electronically and are publicly available here on www.FBO.gov under this solicitation number (FA8505-18-R-0007). The closing date and time for all proposal submittals is 19-Feb-2018 by 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time. Should any questions arise about the solicitation or RFP attachments, please submit any and all questions via e-mail to the Primary POC and Secondary POC listed on this announcement. ____________________________________ This acquisition will provide for Full and Open Competition. The resulting supply contract will be in direct support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case as directed by the United States of America Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs). The required commercial vehicles and trailers will be procured from in-Kingdom sources and delivered Free on Board (FOB) Destination to RSAF Depot Supply at King Abdulaziz Air Base (KAAB), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The resulting supply contract will be a requirements-type contract with a three-year (3-year) ordering period. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage ( http://www.fbo.gov ). NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. TSS was originally synopsized under Solicitation Number FA8505-17-R-0011.
