- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The award is to be Firm-Fixed Price contract pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), " Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available." This agency requirement will be awarded to Airborne Medical Depot LLC, 5464 W Lady Bug Ct, Tucson, AZ 85742-8364. The Department of the Air Force has a requirement for Centinel Spine's Midline II Ti Implant Set for a Level 1 Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion Spinal (ALIF) procedure scheduled for 09 April 2018. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339113. The notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be available for this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
