Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Pembroke Pines Delineated Area: A portion of Broward County, FL bounded as follows: North: Griffin Road South: Ronald Reagan Turnpike East: Florida's Turnpike S. Flamingo Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,200 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 6 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· The offered space must be contiguous •· Cannot be located on the 1 st floor, top floor, or directly over retail/parking garage. •· The lessor must permit the carrying of firearms and the storage of firearms and ammunition. •· The floor of the offered space must be able to bear the weight of a firearm safe. The offered space must meet the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Pembroke Pines, FL that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
