- Description
- It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine to procure Avatier Annual Support and Software Maintenance on behalf of the Center for Information Technology as a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercially available items in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, and the rules and regulations of FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The following items are to be procured with a period of performance from April 18, 2018 to April 17,2018: Avaiter Identity Management Server (AIMS) with Microsoft Windows Connector X54,700 (Quantity 1) which includes - 54,700 x Avatier Identity Management (AIMS) with Microsoft Windows Connector 54,700 x Avatier Password Station 54,700 x Avatier Password Bouncer - Enterprise Edition 54,700 x Avatier Managed Logon - Microsoft GINA/Credential Provider The current NIH-CIT AIMS Version is 10.0. The latest software is AIMS 10.7 which includes support and maintenance. The Terms and Conditions applicable to this award will be FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Interested parties must provide evidence of being an Avatier reseller with their quote. Vendors submitting a quote for the above referenced Avatier Annual Support and Software Maintenance must transmit and email message on or before Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 12 noon to the following email address: Markita.simmonds@nih.gov Quotes must reference the above referenced solicitation number - NIHLM2018100200MS Questions may be submitted to the above email address and responses will be posted into this announcement was received.
