This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. All portions of this market survey are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. POTENTIAL REQUIREMENT: TITLE: JSLSCAD Obsolescence Mitigation Effort NOUN: JSLSCAD NSN: 6665-01-536-7953 P/N: 10214-2770 Army Contracting Command - Warren is conducting market research to determine industry's capability to provide the Modulator Assembly and a Mercury Cadmium Telluride (MCT) detector chip for the Joint Service Lightweight Standoff Chemical Agent Detector (JSLSCAD). The JSLSCAD is a unique sensor used on the NBCRV Stryker Vehicle. The Modulator Assembly and the MCT Detector Chip require a new vendor to be qualified to manufacture the components. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is owned by the OEM, Chemring Sensors & Electronic Systems (CSES), CAGE 6KWZ6, Charlotte, North Carolina. There is no TDP available for purposes of this market survey. Interested vendors should provide all the following information: 1. Company Name, mailing address, CAGE Code, website, point of contact, phone number, and email address. 2. Business size under NAICS Code 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing (small business, large business, etc.). 3. What experience does your company have successfully manufacturing and delivering Modulator Assembly or the Mercury Cadmium Telluride (MCT) detector chip? 4. If your company has provided similar or same components to the United States Government (USG), please provide the name of the requiring activity and the contract number(s).
