This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) W912DW-18-Q-0036 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) W912DW-18-Q-0036 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, Effective 06 November 2017. (iv) W912DW-18-Q-0036 is issued as 100% Total Small Business Set-aside under NAICS 541690. Size standard is $15 Million. (v) W912DW-18-Q-0036 requests quote for the following services: 0001 NDT Testing/Inspections Chief Joseph Dam 0002 NDT Testing/Inspection Albeni Falls Dam 0003 Lead-Based Paint Abatement Albeni Falls (vi) All services provided are to be awarded to the responsible offeror that provides the lowest price. (vii) Services are to be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Scope of Work documentation provided. (viii) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, is not used for W912DW-18-Q-0036.
