- Exhibit 11 Exhibit 10 Exhibit 9 Exhibit 8 Exhibit 7 Exhibit 6 Exhibit 5 Exhibit 4 Exhibit 3 Exhibit 2 Exhibit 1 Solicitation The Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison National Forests is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for tree planting services to begin on or about May 30, 2018. Set Aside: Total Small Business NAICS Code: 115310 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. Work will be performed on the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests in Saguache, Hinsdale and Mesa Counties, Colorado. The project objective is to provide tree planting services in accordance with the Statement of Work and associated documents contained in the Solicitation and Exhibits. It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded, on or about April 27, 2018. A pre-proposal site visit is NOT being scheduled due to anticipated snow cover and the unpredictability of spring weather and travel conditions.
