- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS FOR SOLICITATION W52P1J-18-T-3060 In Accordance With FAR Subpart 5.3 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 321912 - Cut Stock, Resawing Lumber, and Planing. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in one or more of the following: (1) manufacturing dimension lumber from purchased lumber; (2) manufacturing dimension stock (i.e.,shapes) or cut stock; (3) resawing the output of sawmills; and (4) planing purchased lumber. These establishments generally use woodworking machinery, such as jointers, planers, lathes, and routers to shape wood. The federal supply code of this procurement is 5510 - Lumber and Related Wood Materials. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract. Supply Description: Dimensional Lumber MUST MEET SPECIFICATONS TO BE ISSUED WITH SOLICITATION Type of Set A Side: 100% Small Business FOB Destination Blue Grass Army Depot, KY. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issues date of the solicitation is 13 Apr 2018 with a closing date approximately 7 - 30 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the FBO web site and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
