Description

Contractor shall remove, replace, and perform initial calibration of Temp Trak temperature monitoring equipment/system in accordance with the Statement of Work (Attachment 1 to the solicitation document). The location for delivery/performance is at various locations identified in Appendix A of the Statement of Work. The required completion date is 150 calendar days after receiving a notice of award. All responsible service-disabled, veteran-owned, small business, registered at www.VetBiz.gov may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to the Contract Specialist. Questions must be submitted by email to james.hunt2@va.gov, and received no later than April 13, 2018. Quotes are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 10:00 CT on April 24, 2018, as indicated in block 8 of the Standard Form 1449. All quotes must include the following to be considered for award: -Contractor s Name -Contractor s Address -Contractor s Phone Number -POC Name -DUNS Number -Federal Tax ID -CAGE Code -Completed Offeror Representations and Certifications (See Section E.2 of solicitation document) All quote materials must be emailed to the attention of Jim Hunt at james.hunt2@va.gov.
