DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NEWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE (NCO) 16 MICHAEL E. DEBAKEY VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC), HOUSTON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C25618Q9292 BACKGROUND: The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston will be purchasing uniforms for 115 employees within the Food Service Department. This consist of multiple sizes and styles. Specifications and Standards: Uniforms shall be provided for four different occupational categories as delineated below. All tops shall be embroidered with the circle Veteran Affairs Seal logo. Logo will be provided by the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer Representative upon request. Photos of desired options are also included below. Work Leaders: Top: Trimmed utility shirt with buttons; white with shepherd trim, mitered breast pocket; 65/35 poly-cotton poplin, available in sizes S through 6XL.
