- The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), W. J. B. Dorn VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road in Columbia, South Carolina and the following Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs): Anderson CBOC, Greenville CBOC, Spartanburg CBOC, Rock Hill CBOC, Florence CBOC, Sumter CBOC and Orangeburg CBOC will be soliciting offers for Ambulette services. This is a non-emergency requirement that is needed for local and out of town transportation (24) twenty-four hours (7) seven days a week as needed for eligible beneficiaries. A Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24718Q0258 will be issued on or about April 20, 2018. The proposed action is advertised as Total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 485991 Special Needs Transportation with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 million. The classification code is V222. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity, firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The estimated period of performance is June 1, 2018 (effective date) through May 31, 2019 with four one (1) year option periods. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 dated 1/24/2018. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. Firms must be registered in Veterans Information Page (VIP) database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Default.aspx at the time of proposal submission. Also, in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.
