- N00164-18-G-WM05-0002 - SOLE SOURCE - ENGINEERING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE MK 59 PASSIVE OFF-BOARD DECOY AND LAUNCHING SYSTEM (DLF3B) DECOY LAUNCHING TUBE ASSEMBLY - PSC J058 - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date 21 APR 2018 - Anticipated Closing Date 21 MAY 2018 - Time 15:00 EST Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWCCD) intends to award fixed price Job Order (JO) 0002 under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-18-G-WM05 that NSWCCD holds with Airborne Systems Ltd., Bridgend, United Kingdom (Cage U1601). The aforementioned BOA has a maximum ceiling amount of $5M and expires 22 FEB 2023. This Job Order 0002 is for the outfitting of DLF3b Decoy Launching Tube Assemblies and will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
