All information and notifications will be under the new Solicitation # 70Z08418QAA152200. Original: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. This notice is issued by the Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) Norfolk, VA to identify Small Businesses, this does not preclude Large Businesses, capable of providing Pest Control Services at various military installations or annexes comprising of Fort Wadsworth and Station NY/Rosebank, Staten Island, New York, the Battery Building, New York, and ANTNY, Bayonne, New Jersey for a base period plus four option years, if exercised by the Government, with an anticipated start date of October 2018. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561710 (Exterminating and Pest Control Services) standard size value of $11 million. All Interested parties should provide responses to the contact representative below by email, and complete the attached survey. Please provide your interest in writing and the business size, capability statement, location, past performance, and ownership. Past performance information should include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Interested parties are asked to furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three (3) years, for like or similar services, held with the USCG, other Government agencies or private industry. All notification and information regarding this sources sought will be issued electronically only through FedBizOpps. Interested business entities should be registered on www.fedbizopps.gov. Further, business agencies must register a business profile with the System for Award Management (SAM).
