- Pricing Schedule Performance Work Statement Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request For Quotation (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-97 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Public Notice DPN 20171228 Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular AFAC 2017-1003 4. Due to the overseas location of this requirement, no set-aside will be used in accordance with FAR 19.000(b). The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 812332 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and a blank Price list attachment. ***To be considered for award, you or your entity must be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov and subsequently enrolled in iRAPT, formerly known as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), https://wawf.eb.mil/, for purpose of invoice/ payment if awarded the contract. Please note that WAWF is the ONLY ACCEPTABLE means of invoicing and payment. Offerors should provide their DUNS number, CAGE code, and confirmation of their SAM registration along with their quote.
