- PROFESSIONAL CONSERVATION-RESTORATION 1937 TOURING BUS Amendment 0003 to Solicitation # 140P8318Q0024 The purpose for this amendment is to add the information and attachment that did not transmit to FBO in amendment 0002. No other changes. The purpose of amendment 0002 is to 1) Change when the bus is released for transport to the awarded contractor. This change will allow the bus to be available when developing the Preservation and Restoration Plan in Task A. (see revised SOW attachment) 2) Change the period of performance to 18 months ARO. (see revised SOW attachment) 3) Require the bi-weekly progress reports to begin two weeks after the project kick-off meeting. (see revised SOW attachment) 4) Included, attached, Questions and Answers from the pre-bid conference that was held on 3/29/2018. (see Questions and answers attachment) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
