- Description
- In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2, this posting is to notify industry of the intent of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to issue a modification to contract N00024-17-C-4411 with McKean Defense Group, LLC for additional per-diem and travel costs. Contract N00024-17-C-4411 was originally awarded to McKean under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1): Only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The additional requirements covered under the modifications include airfare, lodging and per-diem required for two instructors to deliver three courses on-site in Singapore This contract modification will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. McKean is the only responsible source capable of providing the required supplies/services within the required timeframe. This announcement is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposal, sources sought, or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation.
