- Sources Sought Announcement This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of businesses to provide the required services. The EMSS Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking information for potential sources from the vendor community in order to best meet our need of providing maintenance and support services to the EMSS Gateway. These services allow the EMSS Gateway to maintain critical communication capabilities with the Iridium commercial baseline system architecture.
