- Notice type: Sources Sought Posting date: April 6th 2017 Response date: April 18th 2017 NAICS code: 423840 FSC: 5419 This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The purpose of this sources sought is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified Small Business (SB), 8(a) small businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZONE) small businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) relative to the North American Industry Classification code (NAICS). To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this project, the Government may use responses to this sources sought synopsis. The type of solicitation issued and the manner of advertisement may depend on the responses to this sources sought synopsis. SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Scope of Work ORARNG WEAPONS CLEANING STATION or "STATEMENT OF WORK" 1.0 Scope of Work 1.1 Provide quantity of one (1) weapons cleaning station for the Oregon Army National Guard as specified in paragraph 1.2 Delivery and assembly is required. Vendor will provide all equipment necessary to complete project and delivery. 2.0 Materials and Requirements 2.1 Weapons qualifications utilizing the primary assigned rifle requires an onsite cleaning station. 2.2 Minimum Requirements are: • 36'x 20' x 10' prefabricated building delivered and emplaced on location • Anchors and hardware necessary to emplace the building • 120/240v, 200amp single phase electrical service, wiring 3 wire+G, 60HZ • 11 x 120V Quad receptacles • 2 x 50SCFM 115v dehumidifiers • Commercial metal exterior door in one end wall with closure and commercial lock set. • Battery operated emergency light • 12 30x60 work benches with hardwood top • 6 x bio remediating parts washers with 2 brush / workstations, lights, parts baskets, extra-large sinks, 300 GPH pump flow control timer, and environmentally compliant solvent. • 1 x 5 HP, 80 gallon 2 stage vertical air compressor, 230v 1-Phase • Air plumbed from compressor to parts washers and tables • Hazard waste receptacles • 2 eye wash stations • 1 x wall/desk mount, tactical clearing trap capable of withstanding multiple shots with armor piercing ammunition. • Installed on sight in accordance with all local, state, Federal laws, rules, regulations • In compliance with all environmental and safety agencies NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS PROJECT WHEN IT IS FORMALLY ADVERTISED, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS.
