- The Fort Carson Contracting office intends to sole source the following requirement: Pocket SOLR 3000, RA series P/N 811173-0 to Airborne Systems North America of NJ Inc. This pouch attached the 3000 PSI Carbon Fiber Bottle to the RA-1 Parachute which allows the jumper to breathe comfortably throughout the total descent.
