- Solicitation Attachment 2 - Wage Determinations Attachment 1 - Statement of Work SET ASIDES: This requirement has been set aside to Local Area of United States Virgin Island. 100% Small Business PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 10:00am to 10:45am EST at the Hovensa parking lot located at 1 (One) Estate Hope Christiansted, VI 00820. Interested participants shall notify FEMA Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist via email at Perry.Toomer@fema.dhs.gov and Karley.Hoyt.2@fema.dhs.gov no later than 4:00pm EST Monday, April 9, 2018 with attendee name, email address and phone number. This will be the only site visit for this project and will allow the opportunity to discuss the requirement. Any questions shall be submitted in writing to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 4:00pm Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Responses to questions will be posted here no later than 12:00pm Thursday, April 12, 2018. Proposals are due to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 12:00PM Friday April 13, 2018. To be considered for contract award you must have an active SAM registration.
