- 12148418R0003-0001 Tuckerman Ravine Trail Bridges 1 & 3 Amendment 0001 The Forest Service is soliciting bids to complete the removal and replacement of two (2) trail bridges on the Tuckerman Ravine Trail, over Ellis River (Bridge #1) and Unnamed Branch of the Cutler River (Bridge #3) in Pinkham's Grant, NH within the White Mountain National Forest, Androscoggin Ranger District. Work shall be completed as shown in the drawings, maps and specifications as referenced or included in this contract. Work includes, but is not limited to soil erosion and sediment control, excavation, embankment, select borrow and surface gravel haul and placement, removal of obstructions, steel reinforced concrete placement, riprap placement, steel beam placement, timber deck construction, pedestrian rail installation, and seeding and mulch. ALL PROPOSALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO AZERO@FS.FED.US NOTICE: FACSIMILE BID GUARANTEES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE THEY MUST BE MAILED AND RECEIVED IN THE FOREST SERVICE OFFICE LOCATED AT 4 FARM COLONY DRIVE, WARREN PA 16365, PRIOR TO THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME STATED IN THE SOLICITATION. ALL QUESTIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO azero@fs.fed.us Pre-bid Tour - A pre-bid tour is planned for this project for 30 April 2018 at 10:00 AM. Meet at the project location. Questions and answers from the pre-bid tour will be posted to the solicitation.
