- CDRL A003 STATEMENT OF WORK CONTRACTOR TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS CDRL A002 N0017818R6031 SF1449 CDRL A001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818R6031 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a commercial open market basis and in accordance with the attached statement of work, Contractor technical qualifications and CDRLs, a Motion System QTY. 1 to include installation, factory acceptance testing and training. The requested product meeting the requirement represents the minimum requirements of the Government. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 25 April 2018, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 15 May 2018. Questions and responses regarding this synopsis/solicitation may be submitted by e-mail to Diana.Moses@navy.mil. All questions shall be submitted to the Government POC listed no later than 23 April 2018 at 12:00 p.m. EST to allow ample response time before the close of the bidding period.
