- This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) National Earthquake Information Center (NEIC) in Golden, Colorado has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to perform the IT services in accordance with the FedConnect posted solicitation. A copy of this combined synopsis/solicitation may be accessed at FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net. The solicitation reference number is 140G0218R0016 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition, including Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services. The small business size standard is $27.50M. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of proposals contained in the FedConnect solicitation and its amendments shall be adhered to. Site Visit. A tour of the site has been scheduled and will meet Tuesday April 3, 2018 at 0900 Local MT; Location: National Earthquake Information Center (NEIC) 1711 Illinois Street (on the Colorado School of Mines Campus) Golden, CO USA. Firms interested in attending the tour shall email the Site Visit POC Linda Pratt at lkpratt@usgs.gov and copy the Contracting Officer, Don Downey, at ddowney@usgs.gov by 1200 noon Local Time of the workday prior to the site visit with the following information: Visitor(s) Name(s); Visitor(s) Email Address(es); Visitor(s) Phone Number(s); Firm Name; Firm Address; Firm Phone; and Firm Website. All personnel entering the Federal facility shall possess a valid government- issued picture identification card, such as a state issued driver ¿s license. All personnel entering the Federal facility shall abide by all Federal laws and regulations aboard the facility; to include the possession of Federally controlled substances.
