This is the revised Solicitation which the prospective Offerors should use to respond to this request for proposals. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS To All Prospective Contractors: References: Base Notice: OL Voicemail System Re-Architecture - 2018-R-040 posted on March 26, 2018, at FEDBIZOPPS. Subject: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Solicitation Amendment 001 The "QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS" and Solicitation 2018-R-040 Amendment 001 are attached to this Notice. A. Responses to questions posed by prospective Offerors and received by 5:00 PM on April 2, 2018. All questions have been quoted from those posed to this Office. B. The following sections of the Solicitation are amended: 1) B.3 Term - Section reference to "Exercise of Options" is changed to H.8; 2) B.5.1 Schedule PHASE I CLIN 002 - Added "from Manufacturer" to C.4.2.1 line and "including cost of services for its implementation" to C.4.2.2 line; 3) C.3 REQUIREMENTS - Inserted sub-section "3.2 Key Personnel," then re-number sub-sections following accordingly; 4) C.6. DELIVERABLE SCHEDULE Table 1 - Deliverables - Added "from Manufacturer" to C.4.2.1 line and "including cost of services for its implementation to C.4.2.2 line; 5) SECTION H - SPECIAL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS - Inserted sub-section as "H.3 Key and Other Personnel" and sub-section as "H.4 Information Security System and Virus Free," moved sub-section as "H.8 Exercise of Options," inserted sub-section as "H.19 Subcontractors," then re-number the sub-sections following accordingly; 6) SECTION J - CONTRACT ATTACHMENTS - List "J-01 Senate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) for Information Security;" 7) SECTION L - PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS L.1.1 Technical paragraph D - Inserted "(For Subcontractors, see Section H.19 of this Solicitation.)" C. All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain unchanged.
