- This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the requirement of the contractor to provide all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control necessary to recondition the Control Tower Wet Wells at Patoka Lake located in Dubois, IN. All work will be done in accordance with (IAW) the requirements in the Scope of Work and contract drawings. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractor are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)." Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.sam.gov. The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission. Contractors will need to obtain a unique entity identifier for processing their registration. Refer to www.sam.gov for information formerly found in CCR, EPLS, ORCA and FedReg. Please begin the registration process immediately in order to avoid delay of the contract award should your firm be selected. PLEASE NOTE: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and users. For site visit information please refer to the Scope of Work. Offerors shall allow for Government acceptance of offers through 31 December 2018. Any offer that does not allow acceptance through 31 December 2018 will not be considered and will be rejected.
