Description

DOL WAGE DETERMINATION (REF. ONLY) SAM REGISTRATION INFO FROM SFCO (REF. ONLY) TECH. EXHIBIT- 4TH FLOOR PLAN TECH. EXHIBIT- 3RD FLOOR PLAN TECH. EXHIBIT- 2ND FLOOR PLAN SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) ADDENDUM (1) DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES & PRICES SF 1449 The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to remove & dispose of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and other related material described in the Scope of Work (SOW). The scope of the project consist of removing approximately 2,898 SF of ACM from eleven (11) rooms specified in the attached SOW and Technical Exhibits. The location of work is in Chase Hall Annexes A, C & D at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320. SITE VISIT: The USCG Academy recommends that any vendor interested in submitting their quote shall perform a site visit prior to submission of quote. Visits to the site will be conducted on Monday, 07 May 2018 at 1:00PM.
