- NOTE: POC for action is Jeffrey Byrd This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS Code: 237990. This solicitation, W912P818B0023, is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The solicitation will be issued on or about 26 April 2018. The anticipated bid opening date is on or about 30 May 2018; however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers FY 18 subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractor's total planned subcontracting amount to be placed with the following: Small Business 41.50%; Small Disadvantaged Business 23.5%; Woman Owned Small Business 7.5%; HUBZONE Small Business 7.92%; and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 5.18%. The work consists of placing various types of stone paving and stone repairs along the banks of the Mississippi River (miles 325.8 to 0.0 AHP), Atchafalaya River (miles 0.0 to 137.00), Red River (miles 6.0 to 11.0), and Old River Control Channels. The estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on FedBizOps (www.fbo.gov ).
