- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-18-T-0029 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. MS020 motors must be Infranor Inc. products. Infranor, Inc. is the OEM and the motors must be compatible in form, fit and function with existing equipment. The Government intends to purchase on a brand name firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Items must be brand new Preference will be given to quotes from small businesses. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-18-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include any fees for UID labels Please include any shipping fees to zip code 20670 Please include your Cage Code. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00pm est., on 16 April 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
