- The Contractor shall provide Aluminum Courtesy Docks for Rough River Lake, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District. LOCATION: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rough River Lake 14957 Falls of Rough Road Falls of Rough, KY 40119-6318 Phone: 270-257-2061 Site POC: Kenneth Warren This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 332312 (500 Employees). Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. ALL questions pertaining to this Solicitation shall be submitted to marcel.d.hull@usace.army.mil. Quotes are due 09 May 2018, 12:00PM Eastern Time. Please submit quotes to marcel.d.hull@usace.army.mil. Fax submittals will not be accepted. SITE VISITS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. To have a full understanding of the scope of work a site visit is highly encouraged. The POC's information is as follows: Kenneth Warren Rough River Lake 14957 Falls of Rough Road Falls of Rough, KY 40119-6318 (270) 257-2061 All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT)." Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.SAM.gov. The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission. Contractors will need to obtain a Unique Entity Identifier number for processing their registration. If you do not already have a Unique Entity Identifier number, one can be obtained from Dun and Bradstreet by calling 1-800-333-0505.
