Description

Notice of Intent The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item procurement with First Nation Group DBA Jordan Reses Supply. The Asheville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is requesting the following CPAP supplies for restocking purposes: LINE # Model # Equipment Name Quantity 1 DSX500H11C DREAMSTATION AUTO CPAP W/HUMIDIFIER & CELLULAR MODEM 75 EA 2 DSX700H11C DREAMSTATION AUTO BIPAP W/HUMIDIFIER & CELLULAR MODEM 35 EA 3 1122519 FILTERS, DREAMSTATION 6/PK 400 EA 4 1122446 REUSABLE POLLEN FILTER 1/PK 200 EA 5 UFPR1-6 DISP FILTER,CPAP 6/PK 200 EA 6 FPR1-2 FILTER REUSABLE PK 2/PK 100 EA 7 PR15 Heated Tubing 15MM 50 EA The government intends to negotiate this acquisition under the authority of VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to service-disabled Veteran-owned small business.  This is a SDVOSB set aside acquisition. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.   Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
