- Solicitation W91249-18-T-0005 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91249-18-T-0005 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for contemporary musician to perform the services IAW statement of work. The closing date and time of this solicitation is 19 April 2018, 10:00 a.m. eastern standard time. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 711130, size standard $11M. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-aside within the local area. Only qualified offers may submit proposals. This award will be a single award and no partial offers will be considered.
