- The VA Medical Center Erie, has a requirement for an Endoscope Cabinet. The solicitation number is 36C24418Q0442 and it is issued as a Combined Synopsis, Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) and Vendor Information Pages (VETBIZ) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov and www.vip.vetbiz.gov. New equipment ONLY, NO remanufactured or used products. No "GREY" market items. Offer MUST be good for 30 calendar days after submission Quotes shall be submitted by email to Ronald Kline (Ronald.Kline@va.gov). Quotes are due by 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time, on Thursday 04-19-18. FOB Destination, CONUS (Continental U.S.) Shipping charges shall be included in the purchase cost of the products. Sellers shall deliver the products on the own conveyance to the location listed on the purchase order. No partial shipments unless otherwise specified at time of order.
