- Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) “ Handheld Narcotic Analyzers Notice Type: Sources Sought “ ISBEE/IEE/Total Small Business Vendors NAICS: 334516 “ Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 1,000 employees The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE)/Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) (in accordance with Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47) and Small Business vendors who can provided Handheld Narcotic Analyzers and training to use the systems safely. This is not a solicitation announcement and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought notice. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Respondents should ensure that their response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization ™s qualifications, relevant experience, and capability of performing the work.
