Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) intends to solicit proposals from contractors in the New York State to provide Adult Day Health Care services Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) in the following New York State Counties and quantities: Allegany (1) Columbia (1), Cortland (1), Oneida (1) Oswego (1). The contract will cover a base year and four (4) one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion. Request for Quote (36C24218Q0300) will be available for download from this website on or about 04/12/2018. No hardcopies will be sent out. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. Contractors are strongly encouraged to do so within ten (10) calendar days after issuance of the Request for Quote (RFQ). Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking this website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period. This is an unrestricted procurement. Contractors are required to be registered in System of Award Management (SAM) before contract award. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 624120. The size standard is $11 million.
