- Attachments A-H Solicitation 1294TZ18R0002 4.13.18 The Payson Ranger Station is a 13,000 square foot single story office building constructed with structural insulated panel system (SIPS) walls and wood roof framing (I-joists) on a polished concrete slab-on-grade and with a standing seam metal roof. The building foundation will be conventional cast-in-place concrete footings. Work includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems, architectural finishes, sitework, water, sewer, power and communications wet and dry utility extensions, IT low voltage cabling, asphaltic concrete parking lots and minor roadways and landscaping. The new Ranger Station will be constructed adjacent to an existing Ranger Station and Fire facilities and it is anticipated that significant coordination will be needed in order to minimize impacts to ongoing operations and to the public The new building will be located at 1009 E. Highway 260 Payson, AZ which is approximately 1.0 miles east of SR87. The anticipated contract duration is 330 calendar days. The project is to be constructed in accordance with the Payson District Ranger Station plans and Payson District Ranger Station specifications.
