- Performance Work Statement for the lodging in kind in San Antonio. The Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) 338TH Military Intelligence Battalion, has a requirement for lodging contract on 17-30 Jun, 2018 for all of their Troop Program Unit (TPU) soldiers. The period of performance for this effort is 17 June - 30 June, 2018. The event will begin at 1600hrs, on the check-in date and end at 0800hrs, on the check-out date. The hotel shall be located within 10 miles of 2010 Harry Wurzbach Road, Building 1620, San Antonio, TX 78209. Hotel shall include wired or wireless internet at no additional cost. Hotel shall have an exercise facility or fitness room available for use at no additional cost. Hotel shall be located within 2 miles of dine-in restaurants or fast food restaurants. Hotel shall provide security 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The contractor shall provide 38 rooms per night and the guest rooms shall have at a minimum two queen or full size beds. **All capability statements shall be submitted in writing to Theodore.Goutzioulis.civ@mail.mil no later than 1:00 PM EST on Friday 27 April 2018. **If you have any questions please submit them in writing to Theodore.Goutzioulis.civ@mail.mil no later than 1:00 PM EST on Friday 20 April 2018.
