- Description
- The United States Government Publishing Office seeks other than full and open competition and intend to award a sole source contract to install equipment for UNO 5-A modification for threat hardening to UNO Seisakusho Co., LTD. The statutory authority permitting the sole sourcing of services is MMAR 6.302-1 (a) Authority. (1) Citations: 41 U.S.C. 5(3); "When only one source of supply is available only from the original source." This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a soliciation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses shall be sent to jpaek@gpo.gov by April 18, 2018 NLT 1:00 PM EST.
