- List of acceptable forms of ID to enter Portsmouth Naval Shipyard List of acceptable forms of ID to enter Portsmouth Naval Shipyard QASP Matrix QASP SF33 Solicitation Statement of Work This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional Information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS ( www.fbo.gov ). The RFQ number is N3904018C0017. This solicitation document and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-84 and DFARS Change Notice 01 Oct 2015. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the following address: https://www.acquisition.gov/browsefar. The NAICS code is 336611. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and the small business size standard for NAICS Code 541330 is 1,250 employees. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) intends to solicit for the Routine Overhaul (ROH) to recondition Barge YFN-1203 for the PNS, Kittery, ME. The size status for this requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Period of Performance shall be for one hundred twenty (120) days starting with the date of contract award. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price.
