- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W9124M-18-Q-GM04 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-04-20 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Stewart, GA 31324 The MICC Fort Stewart requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Make/Model:Komatsu(or equal). Capacity: 5,000 lbs at 24 ¯ load center (or greater). Mast: 3 Stage Wide View Mast. Maximum Fork Height: Not more than 188 ¯. Attachment:Not less than 72 ¯. Forks: Side Shift, 42 ™ ™. Transmission: Automatic. Tires: Pneumatic. Drive: 2 wheel. Steer: 2 wheel. Turning Radius: At least 90 degrees. Travel Speed Empty: Not less than 5 mph. Forklift Weight Empty: At least 900lbs. Fuel Source: Liquid Propane (LP). Additional Requirements: 5lb Fire Extinguisher, Rearview Mirror, Air Horn, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Please see PWS for additional requirments, 2, EA; LI 002: DELIVERY AND PICKUP COST FOB: Destination, 1, JOB; LI 003: Twelve (12) full propane tanks included with this contract will be delivered to the 2ABCT SSA Warehouse and remain for the duration of this contract. This contract includes the refilling of no more than 100 tank refills over the 12 month period: time, dates, locations and amount of tank resupplies will be determined and requisitioned by the COR. The forklifts will be delivered with (12) full propane tanks (breakdown: 1 full propane tank installed on each forklift (2) and 10 full propane tanks on hand “ for a total of 12 tanks delivered on the first day of the POP. COR will coordinate with the contractor once (8) of the propane tanks are empty in order to replenish the reserve and avoid having no fuel to operate the equipment. Tanks will need to be resupplied within 24 hours of notification from the COR., 100, EA; LI 004: Contractor is required to provide data on Contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) for performance of this contract IAW the PWS. The cost, if any, for providing this data shall be entered into the space provided at this CLIN. If no direct cost is associated with providing the data, enter "No Cost." FOB: Destination, 1, JOB; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC Fort Stewart intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC Fort Stewart is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com. Offerors that are not currently registered to use www.FedBid.com should proceed to www.FedBid.com to complete their free registration. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after submission FOB Destination CONUS (CONtinental U.S.) Shipping charges shall be included in the purchase cost of the products. Sellers shall deliver the products on the own conveyance to the location listed on the purchase order. No partial shipments unless otherwise specified at time of order. In accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003, “Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports ”, the contractor shall submit their payment request electronically using the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The WAWF website is located at https://wawf.eb.mil. There is no charge to use WAWF.
