Note, this requirement was synopsized on March 6, 2018 under with a solicitation number of SB134118RP0004. Due to a NIST contract writing system changeover issue, solicitation number 1333ND18RNB190001 is reflected in the attached SF 1442 while the solicitation is being issued in FBO against the original solicitation number SB134118RP0004. Going forward, note that solicitation number 1333ND18RNB190001 and SB134118RP0004 refer to the same requirement and will be tracked in FBO under SB134118RP0004 while the eventual award will reflect 1333ND18RNB190001. Please see the attached solicitation document (SF 1442) as well as each of the ten (10) Statement of Work attachments. Please review the document and attachments in their entirety. Key dates of note: Visitor Badging Requests: To ensure ability to attend the scheduled site visit, please submit first and last name, company, and U.S. Citizenship status to dennis.bailey@nist.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 to ensure timely entry into the visitor registration system. A site visit will begin at 9:30AM on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 18, 2018 AT THE NIST, GAITHERSBURG, BUILDING 101, GREEN AUDITORIUM (100 Bureau Drive, Gaithersburg, MD). For each individual for whom Dennis Bailey receives timely visitor registration information, please ensure to arrive early to check in with security personnel at the main gate, with identification (i.e., driver's license) and vehicle registration. NIST is a Federal facility and access is controlled at all entrances to the campus. Contractor personnel arriving in cars must check in at the visitor center to receive a temporary badge prior to proceeding to the project site to obtain a permanent badge. Once in possession of a valid NIST badge, badge holders may enter thru the main gate or Gate "C" and proceed to Building 101. Due Date for Requests for Information (Q&A): 12:00 PM EST, April 27, 2018 to dennis.bailey@nist.gov. Proposal Due Date: 12:00 PM EST, May 28, 2018 in strict accordance with the requirements of the attached SF 1442. Magnitude of Construction: Pursuant to FAR 36.204(h), the magnitude of construction is more than $10,000,000.
