- RFQ Hard sided yurts schedule of items This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ or www.acquisition.gov. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 314910. Solicitation number 12034318Q0135 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for supply of 4 ea. Hard Sided Yurts for the Spotted Bear Ranger Station, Flathead National Forest. This project includes delivery to the compound. The awarded purchase order will be a firm fixed price. One award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer is most advantageous to the Government, considering but not limited to factors such as price, past performance and capability to accomplish this type of work. The Yurts shall be delivered to the site between May 18, 2018 and June 4, 2018. Exact delivery date will be negotiated between the supplier and the Contracting Officer. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Prospective awardees Must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Contract. The following items will need to be submitted; 1. Schedule of Items, containing quoted amounts Quotes must be received by April 24, 2018, 10:00 AM, MST at the Lolo National Forest Supervisor's Office, Attn: Theresa Peterson, AQM, 24 Fort Missoula Rd., Missoula, MT. 59804. Quotes are preferably accepted by Email at tpeterson@fs.fed.us (406) 329-3428. No faxes will be accepted.
